How much are your services?

We pride ourselves in creating unique bartending experiences that are specifically tailored to each client. Therefore, each event will differ in pricing, and we would be delighted in providing a quote after a free consultation. If you are just needing bartenders and supplies, our By The Key option starts at $1,000 for 125 guests.

What does By The Key Include?

Our “By The Key” services resemble the traditional mobile bartending model. We will provide 1 bartender and barback, along with all nonalcoholic supplies like cups, napkins, straws, ice, and any other necessary supplies we determine are needed for your event. We are unable to supply the alcohol because we are a dry hire bartending service.

What does Dry Hire mean?

In the state of Oklahoma, only caterers with an off-site liquor catering license can transport and supply the alcohol for an event. Therefore, the client is responsible for the purchase and transportation of the alcohol to the event. We do work with some suppliers in OKC to make this process easier for our clients.

How do I book?

To book Bar-Key Bartending, simply fill out our inquiry form on the website or contact us directly by email or phone. We’ll discuss your event details, create a custom quote, and guide you through the booking process. Once you’re ready, we’ll send a contract and invoice to secure your date. We only require a non-refundable 30% deposit to hold your wedding date. Our team is here to make every step seamless and personalized for you.

What areas do you serve?

Bar-Key Bartending is based in Oklahoma City and serves the greater OKC metro area. If your event is outside this area, please contact us to discuss travel options.

Can you create custom cocktails for our event?

Absolutely! We specialize in crafting custom cocktails that reflect your tastes and event theme. We’ll work with you to develop a personalized menu your guests will remember.

Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?

Yes, we can create delicious non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails for guests who prefer not to drink alcohol. Just let us know your preferences during the planning process.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Bar-Key Bartending is fully licensed and insured, including liquor liability coverage, for your peace of mind.

How do you ensure responsible alcohol service?

Our bartenders are professionally trained and committed to safe, responsible service. We check IDs, monitor consumption, and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest as needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes can be made up to two weeks prior to your event. The deposit is nonrefundable, but if Bar-Key Bartending cancels, you will receive a full refund.

Can you provide bar rentals or custom bar setups?

Yes! We offer custom bar setups and themed décor to match your event. Ask about our collaborations with local designers for a truly unique bar experience.

What do I need to provide for my event?

Clients are responsible for purchasing and transporting alcohol, providing adequate space and access for setup, and securing any necessary permits if required by your venue.

Do I need to tip?

Traditionally, many bartending services would suggest adding a 20-25% gratuity to the bill for service as a tip. However, we believe that tipping should only occur when a host believes the work went above and beyond our standard service. So we do not expect the host to provide a tip. Depending on the event, we may offer a small QR code stand with our Venmo for guests who would like to provide a tip. Unless stated otherwise, we will never have a “tip jar” visible at your event.

What does Custom Bar Setup mean?

We want to offer a near endless list of possibilities for your event, and we have the connections to do so. A custom bar setup can be as simple as adhering to the theme of your event or wedding, or as grand as a custom built bar that is setup at your event. We partner with RL Interiors in OKC to find quotes from different trades and craftsman to design and build custom bars for your event.
